Elite Structure gives you personalized adjustments, weekly check-ins, form reviews, and direct messaging. War Room adds 1:1 video calls, priority messaging (24hr), a fully custom program and nutrition plan, unlimited form checks, and quarterly physique assessments. War Room is the closest thing to having a full-time personal coach.
Most members notice strength improvements within the first 2–3 weeks and visible physical changes between weeks 6–12, depending on consistency and nutrition. Results depend on what you put in. What I can promise is that the system works when you follow it.
Programs are primarily designed for gym training with barbells and dumbbells. For Elite and War Room tiers, your program can be adjusted for your available equipment during onboarding.
